What we collect

When you use our quote or contact form, or email us, we collect what you send: your name, company, email address, phone number, your message and any drawings or DXF files you attach.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and deliver the work you order.

Our lawful bases

Legitimate interests: answering enquiries and running our business.
Steps before entering a contract: preparing a quote at your request, and carrying out the contract.
Legal obligation: keeping accounting records.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host (Netlify, which also processes our quote form) and our email provider, and where the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 2 years. Customer records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, generally 6 years.

Our website host may set essential cookies needed for the site to work, and analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Your rights
